The hotel joins two companion hotels, Holiday Inn and Marina Del Mar Resort, around an inland marina, providing family holidays with proximity to fishing-boat charters and a variety of water sports. The shuttle boat carrying guests to the SunCruz offshore casino boat which leaves from the marina, making the beach hotel a popular stop for casino-ship patrons. The hotel has 90 rooms spread over 4 floors and was recently renovated.
