The Disney Area Standard Homes are private homes in established sub-divisions that are assigned upon arrival and are all within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World. There is a fee to heat the pool (pools heated only from October-April) and the homes come with a screened-in pool deck, chaise lounges, patio table & chairs along with a fully-equipped kitchen. All homes also include central air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, cable TV, telephone, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, towels & linens. (Please note that there is a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no other paper supplies nor any type of hand/dish soaps are provided).
